Terms & Conditions
1. A J Ads advertising trailers will request proof of Id E.g. Drivers license or
passport before any collection or delivery of the trailers.
2. All payments must be made in full before your campaign begins.
A J Ads accepts all major credit or debit cards.
3. A spare wheel, wheel brace and wheel clamp lock are supplied
with the trailer. You will be responsible for replacement parts if lost
or stolen or displaced.
4.
A number plate is required by law and must be purchased prior to the
hire of the trailers.
5.
Trailer will not be used for hire, for any illegal purposes or removed
from UK, or rent or hire to any third parties with the trailer from
their control.
6. The trailer is the property of A J Ads and the Hirer at no
time has right, title or interest in the hired trailer except that it
is hired to the Hirer.
7.
All risks as stipulated in the terms & conditions of hire pass to
the Hirer on signing the hire agreement & when the trailer leaves
the physical possession & control of A J Ads.
8. The Hirer shall completely indemnify A J Ads in respect of all
claims by any person for injury to person or property caused by or in
connection with, or arising out of the use of the trailer.
9.
The owner, A J Ads, shall not be liable for any injuries caused to the
Hirer, their agents or any third parties arising out of the use of the
trailer during the hire period. The owner, A J Ads, shall not be liable
for any consequential losses arising out of the use of the trailer.
10.
A J Ads cannot be held liable if the hire of a trailer cannot commence
as arranged if this is as a result of events or circumstances taking
place that we could not forsee. In these sorts of circumstances we will
endeavor to work with a client to overcome the problem. In all events
we will not be held liable for any financial losses

The Hirer is liable if the trailer is stolen, damaged or involved in an
accident during the period of hire, whilst the trailer is both attached
and detached from any vehicle.
12.
The Hirer agrees to pay A J Ads in full the value of the trailer should
it be stolen/lost/destroyed/confiscated/impounded. We will be paid in
full at the end of each campaign at a cost of a weekly hire for the
amount of weeks the payment is not paid.
13.
You will inspect the trailers before you leave A J Ads and return in
the same condition.
17.
Trailers are hired out on daily 8 hour working day any longer than 8
hrs is subject to extra payment over the 8 hrs hired for we can waver
this fee if the trailer is not booked.
18.
The person or company hiring the trailers will agree to pay any court
costs or solicitor fees for A J Ads if any legal action is required for
loss of the trailer or damage / repair and pay the full value of the
trailer, terms and conditions of hire apply.
19.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the towing vehicle insurance
is valid and has adequate cover for towing a hired trailer as well as
theft of the trailer. You will agree that only the registered motor
will tow the trailer and all documents are legal.
